Accurate information: When registering your K6Game account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information — including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Using false information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure.

K6Game is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. K6Game accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All amounts displayed on the platform, all bet stakes, and all winnings are denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees applied to K6Game accounts.

Deposit processing: Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your K6Game wallet instantly. Bank transfers may take up to two hours during normal banking hours. Deposits cannot be reversed once confirmed — if you believe a deposit has been made in error, contact K6Game support immediately.
K6Game does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must come from a payment account registered in the same name as your K6Game account. Deposits from unverified sources may be returned and your account may be reviewed.
K6Game is committed to processing player withdrawals promptly. Verified players with no outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds can request withdrawals at any time through the cashier section of their K6Game account.
Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Rs 1,000 for IBFT bank transfers and Visa/Mastercard. K6Game does not charge a withdrawal fee, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Processing times: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. IBFT bank transfers are processed within one to three business days. Withdrawals to Visa/Mastercard cards are processed within two to five business days depending on the issuing bank.
If your withdrawal is rejected, K6Game support will notify you of the reason via email or live chat. Common reasons include incomplete KYC verification, unmet bonus conditions, or a payment method mismatch. These are resolvable — contact support with the relevant documents to proceed.

Bets placed during a suspension period may not be accepted. If you submit a bet and K6Game cannot confirm it before the market re-prices, you will be offered the updated odds.
K6Game uses data feeds from licensed sports data providers to generate live odds and market triggers. While K6Game takes all reasonable steps to ensure data accuracy, delays or interruptions in data feeds may occasionally cause market suspensions or delayed settlement. K6Game accepts no liability for losses resulting from data feed issues beyond what is required by its regulatory obligations.
Important for live bettors: K6Game's live betting interface displays odds in real time. The odds shown at the moment you click a market may differ from the odds at which your bet is ultimately accepted, due to the speed of market movements. Always review the confirmed odds in your bet slip before submitting.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on K6Game produce outcomes that are statistically random and independent of previous results. The published RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is the expected average payout over a statistically significant number of rounds — it is not a guarantee of outcome in any individual session.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on K6Game and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action where applicable:

Self-exclusion requests are taken seriously at K6Game. Once a self-exclusion is in place, K6Game will not accept deposits or bets from the excluded player and will not send promotional communications. Self-excluded players must not attempt to create new K6Game accounts — doing so is a breach of these terms.

K6Game may suspend or close a player's account at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms and Conditions, for fraudulent activity, or in a way that poses a risk to the platform or other players.
When an account is suspended pending investigation, K6Game will notify the player via their registered email address. During a suspension, bets placed before the suspension will be settled normally, but no new bets, deposits, or withdrawals will be processed until the investigation is complete.
If an account is closed permanently for a breach of these terms, K6Game will retain any funds related to the breach. Balances not related to the breach will be returned to the player's verified payment method where possible.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily — for responsible gaming reasons or otherwise — can request closure through the K6Game support team at any time. Voluntary closures can be made permanent or set for a defined cooling-off period.
K6Game provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While K6Game takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous and accurate service, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or error-free operation of all features.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to K6Game's operating licence jurisdiction. For practical disputes arising from K6Game's services used in Pakistan, K6Game commits to a fair and transparent internal dispute resolution process as the first step.
How to raise a dispute: If you believe K6Game has made an error — in bet settlement, withdrawal processing, bonus application, or any other area — you should contact K6Game support in the first instance. Most issues are resolved at this stage.
